Tweet And We'll Sue You

I heard about this but I didn't think this was real. I won't go into details but, I will post a link to the article on the Chicago SunTimes website.

So, here lies my issue. Why can a company just up and sue someone over an opinion posted on the internet? Do they think that one person's internet thought will crumble their company? So what if she puts down the building? People put down a lot of things on the internet and they never get sued. Now, I can understand if she is constantly slandering the building manager which could strike a lawsuit. You mean one tiny comment, that not many people would even notice or read, is worth all this? Talk about more internet censorship. To make the owner of the building look more like a douche-ass he even said:

We’re a sue first, ask questions later kind of an organization.

Sue first? Yeah, that makes perfect sense. Waste money on lawyers before asking about anything. They even are asking for $50,000 in "damages". What damages? Horizon Realty Group are just retards. Words don't damage physical things. Well, unless you throw a dictionary at something. Anyways, here's how I see the outcome - Horizon Realty Group will lose this case. HANDS DOWN!

(This blog post has been seized by Horizon Realty Group)

The YouTube Of Twitter

Not since TweetTube have I ever liked a video service that uses Twitter. That changed just this morning. I stumbled upon two sites. Now don't get confused because they have the same name but different domains. One is TwitVid.com and the other is TwitVid.io. I did a YouTube video on them both and gave my views on them.
What I want to do is quickly give you the pros/cons of both sites.

Pro: They allow you to send a video message to people or to just post something on Twitter.
Con: The fact the domain is almost the same.
Con: They basically do the same thing.
Pro: .io let's you send a video as a DM (Direct Message) and does not show up in your video list.
Pro: .com lets you send your video to Facebook, MySpace and YouTube.
Pro: .com actually has a chatroom powered by Meebo for each video page.
Pro: .com has an iPhone app for all you 3G S users.

I just wanted to make this little list. I'm sure I am missing some more but you can always check them both out yourself

YouTube Comments: Helpful Or Hurtful?

Many people, when asked about YouTube comments, will say they are useful or stupid. Sometimes it can be both. Some people disable comments knowing the dumb fucks will post comments you may not need to see. Me, I'm 50/50 about YT comments. They can get annoying but, to me, it lets me know some other people out there was watching my videos. The most comments I ever get is when I do a video reply to my friend wobblebottom. And yes, I known him in real life. But it all comes down to personal choice.
For example:
*Your YT is all about something people can learn from (tech, beauty, how-to, ect.). Then comments will more likely be a useful tool.
*Your YT is basically a vlog then it could get crazy and become useless.
Unless your goal is to piss people off then you have nothing to worry about.

I don't mind the comments I get. Majority of them are usually "unpositive" but I find them funny. People typing in all caps, misspelling EVERY word except racial slurs, the usage of "fagot/faggit" and so on. I just laugh at them.
Ha.
That was me laughing at them.

Google Voice Is Awesome

Everyone knows about Google Voice about now but only few are invited (provided you signed up to be invited). Mines came some days ago but I just activated it today. This could be the MagicJack of Google so to say. You can make calls, get voicemails, you can even send text messages from there. The simple process is basically picking your number. You can go by area code or your zip code. The way you pick a number is by word, letters, numbers, or leave the area blank for a list of numbers. I was trying to make mines all words but that was a fail. The funny thing was I could of had "442-cunt" but I can just say that in my normal verbal talk. You'll need to connect your GV number to another phone number like your home or cell. More likely, as I see it,  people with the G1 will be more of the target users. The main usage of Google Voice, for me, is the text messaging. To end this review, here's part of a text message I had with someone.

Yup, my first break up via text on Google Voice. You can't top that! :D

Rant: 13 Bucks For This?

I'm glad I don't pay for Sirius if Howard Stern needs to take so many damn vacations. I needs my funny like I need my smokes.

You Forgot To Say "UNO!"

Man, between Facebook and MySpace, they are both equally boring. But this morning, I saw @DannyMinick's TwitPic post and I thought it Was from the Xbox. He told me it's from Facebook. Yup, They have an Uno App on Facebook. I have to say, I was just having a blast  with it. It now gives me something worthwhile to do on Facebook. I bet you MySpace don't have Uno. But, I bet they will only after Facebook had it first.

Yahoo Messenger For The Mac - One Flaw. Maybe Two...

If I have to say there's one flaw with Yahoo Messenger for the Mac, it's the file transfer system. Oh, you sending a file works well. The issue is actually getting a file. I had someone tell me to accept the file transfer and I never seen anything telling me they were sending me anything. I think that's one little flaw Yahoo could fix if they quit focusing on the other versions.
I know I said one flaw but I'd like to see this added in the Mac version: Photo Sharing.
It would be nice to have the comfort of a Windows version in the Mac version without having to open VMWare Fusion.

I'm Tired Of Vacations

Listen, I'm a fan of Howard Stern but, like many Stern fans, I'm getting sick and tired of all these vacations. When one holiday comes up, they take the whole week off. A WHOLE FUCKING WEEK! I wish I could take a week off for a one day holiday. Coming off a new week listening to Stern help put you in a good mood. When you hear it's a rerun or some special, it makes me upset.

I'm going to predict that Howard will even forget he loaned High-Pitch Eric that $100 last week who also claims to pay Howard back on Tuesday.
