My Thought On: Chicago's Olympic Bid

People in Chicago are excited because Friday is when we hear news of who's hosting the 2016 Olympics. It would be a big deal for Chicago. I, for one, don't really care for them. I haven't watched them before so why would I watch them now if they are hosted here? I would think maybe the main issue would be cleaning up the city of Chicago from all this gang activity, shooting and senseless killings that's happening lately. Yeah, that's what you want to represent when bidding to host the Olympics.

My Thought On: Swine Flu Shots

I saw in places like Walgreens, CVS, and other places that you could get the Swine Flu shot. Of course, it will cost you about 50 bucks. How nice. The most deadliest flu to be going around that will kill has a cure but you have to pay for it. I would think something like that would be free. I mean, it will pretty much kill you on site. As someone said on this stream I was watching "It's like they found the cure for AIDS but it will cost you $200".

Don't Tell Mommy, OK?

John: "Who's your daddy?"

Mackenzie: "You are, duh!"

John: "Say my name, bitch?"

Mackenzie: "Ohhhhh, dad! I wish mom could join in."

John: "Ok lady, you get a 20 minute time out. Go to your room."

Are Smokers Better Off Buying Packs/Cartons Or Rolling Their Own?

So, as a smoker, I'm posting this to say that I have been rolling my own smokes thanks to a cigarette rolling "machine" I got for $15 (I got a discount of $12 because I guess I'm just that damn adorable). I admit sometimes I'll be lazy and buy a pack. My post is for my fellow Smoker-Americans out there that you would be better off rolling instead of buying a pack. Personally, I'd rather pay 3 something bucks for the tobacco and the 40 papers that come with it then almost 10 bucks (Well, here in Chicago anyways) for a pack of 20. But, you may spend up to 10 bucks for 3 tobacco packs while you still have papers left over just to finish off all of the first 40 papers. Well... You'll have papers left over.

My judgement: Roll your own.

Pikchur's Server Change Brings A New Feature

Pikchur, as you know, is a site where you "up load" images and can share them on social networks sites like Twitter, FriendFeed and so on. They went down sometime last week to change servers and teased us with "new features" to come.
"What can they do to add 'new features'?" I asked myself. So, I waited.
Well... Waiting is over.

Pikchur added the ability to upload video via your computer or phone. You have to admit that's pretty damn nice. They also changed the profile pages and you can find and connect with your followers on Facebook and Twitter.
You can read more on their blog.

@officialTila vs. @ShawneMerriman: Do We Really Need This Bullshit On Twitter?

Yeah. So, looks like now Tila Tequila (@officialTila) and Shawne Merriman (@ShawneMerriman) are using Twitter to basically trash talk each other while using their own hashtags, Tila's #Justice4Tila and Shawne's #lightsOut, to make this story even more known to people who don't give a fuck. If you are one of the people who do give a fuck, then may God be with you and your retardation.
Last I remember, it was 9/11. Well, yesterday of this post it was. So, rather than posting anything else Twitter has to be flooded with bad mouthing. What makes it worse is the sheeple who follow them and help spam this drama. It's just so God damn stupid to me. it's one thing to follow a celeb but, don't promote their drama. That's what TMZ and Perez Hilton are for.
As for me, I tend to just ignore it or just laugh. Why laugh? Well, hitting a woman or anyone is a serious issue but to carry it out like these two are making themselves into a big ass joke.

I'll Say This About Sega

I'll say this, Sonic Unleashed day levels did bring that fast paced action Sonic is known for but the rest was pure shit and I think Sega knew this. I'll even go far to say they knew they was putting out shit when they made Sonic Riders.

Are Twitter Contests Really Spam?

I don't mind a good contest but it seems that Twitter is the new place for winning MacBook Pros or something else. And the only way you win is by spamming some hashtag out the ass until you win. Now, I know the one reader of this blog will say "But it's just for fun." or some bull like that. Yes, they may be fun but, sooner or later, they will be annoying to your followers. The way I see it, these hashtag contests are helping the spam problem rather than trying to reduce it. If there wasn't no spammers on Twitter, I would guess there would be no issue.
