R.I.P. Emails

When was the last time you emailed a company about some kind of support or help issue? Well, if you do that, you're an asshole. And, I'm meaning that in a nice way.

Some companies (which should be ALL companies by now) are on Twitter or other means of social networking of this era. If a company you know of don't have Twitter, then abandon all hope for that company.
